Velvet Adventure Sailing offers sailing holidays in a comfortable friendly atmosphere aboard their Oyster 55. With a maximum of six guests at any one time they specialise in trips for small groups and individuals. You can book a berth or charter the whole boat. Skipper Lin Parker was a skipper in the BT Global Challenge 2000, but is now happy sailing in this more relaxed style. With roller furling and all sails controlled from the cockpit this is a very different experience to sailing on a challenge boat. Lin Parker and Stuart Jackson are great friends having sailed together frequently during their time with the challenge business. Velvet Adventure Sailings ethos is to provide fun filled active sailing adventures in a comfortable and safe environment. Summer 2010 they will be cruising in Norway before heading south to the Canary Islands for the winter. Full itineraries available on their web site
