Sailing is a sport which can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. You don't need to spend weeks at the gym before stepping on board, but if you do you may find yourself handling the primary winches!
If you are new to sailing it will help to read the attached documents detailing what to bring and, equally important, what not to bring! This includes black soled trainers and hard suitcases which definitely won't be welcome on board! Please call us if you have any questions.
